Information we process

When you start or complete checkout, we process order details, the products and quantities selected, payment status, name, email address, telephone number, billing information and shipping address. Stripe collects payment credentials on its secure checkout pages; we do not store your full card number. We may also process correspondence, return requests, fraud-prevention information and basic server security logs.

Your shopping bag is stored in local storage in your browser until you clear it. The storefront does not activate advertising or marketing trackers.

Why we use it

We use personal data to create and fulfil orders, process payments and refunds, deliver products, provide customer service, prevent abuse, secure the store and meet accounting, tax and legal obligations. Where applicable, the legal bases are performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the store. We use consent where the law requires it.

Service providers and international processing

We disclose only the information needed to payment provider Stripe, hosting and infrastructure providers, carriers and fulfilment partners, professional advisers, and authorities where legally required. Data may be processed in the United States, the European Economic Area and other countries where these providers operate, subject to applicable transfer safeguards. Retention

We keep order and transaction records for as long as reasonably needed to fulfil the order, handle returns, refunds and disputes, protect the service, and satisfy tax, accounting and legal requirements. Support correspondence is retained only as long as needed for those purposes.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
