Shipping Policy

Destinations and charges

We ship to the destinations offered in secure checkout. The available shipping method and any charge are displayed before you pay. Promotional or free shipping applies only when it appears in checkout.

Processing and delivery

Unless a different dispatch period is clearly shown before purchase, we expect to ship an accepted order within 30 days. Carrier delivery times begin after dispatch and are estimates, not guarantees. If a delay prevents shipment within the promised or applicable period, we will contact you with the delay or cancellation options required by law.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address supplied at checkout after the carrier receives the parcel.

Address changes

Review the shipping address before payment. Contact us immediately if it is incorrect. We cannot guarantee a change after an order enters fulfilment, and additional carrier charges may apply to redelivery.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees imposed by the destination. Unless checkout expressly states they are included, the recipient is responsible for those charges.

Missing or damaged deliveries

Contact hello@humanwithattitude.us promptly with your order number and photos where relevant. We will review the carrier record and the remedies available under applicable law.
